Not happy with the size or color? No problem. We are happy to help you. Contact us via e-mail info@soleaswimwear.com for an exchange. 

Returns 

All of our soléa Bikinis can be returned within 14 days after order. The items must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, with labels and hygienic labels in place. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Returns that exceed 14 days or do not fulfill the mentioned conditions will not be accepted. 
Please note, that the return costs are at the customs' own expense. The original shipping costs are not refundable. 
Please contact us via e-mail info@soleaswimwear.com. We will help you with the return. 
Credit for the returned item will be issued using the same payment method you selected during the transaction in the soléa E-Shop.

International Returns

Damaged or faulty items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@soleaswimwear.com and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

Non-deliverable or refused parcels

Any parcels that could not be delivered because the given delivery address was incorrect or because it was not picked up at the post office for any reason and is returned to our warehouse will be treated as a regular return: You will receive the paid amount back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
